With the news of Microsoft’s new Windows 8 operating system spreading like wildfire and the release of developer and consumer previews of the operating system, a lot of hardware manufacturers, application developers and programmers have started releasing their Windows 8 compatible products. These are embellishments to the naturally good operating system that can enhance its worthiness even more. Microsoft this time is too serious with Windows 8 and is trying its best to make its users come for this new star. They do this through lower prices, easy upgrading options to Windows 8, offers while doing the upgrade, compatible driver options as Windows 7, minimum new hardware requirements etc.
Evigroup, a tablet making company at France, is officially one of the first companies shipping tablets running Windows 8. The Evigroup Smart Paddle Pro is available actually with the Windows 8 Release Preview and Windows 7 in a dual-boot configuration. This will surely let users decide among the Windows 7 vs Windows 8 qualities and choose the operating system that they prefer. Also, Evigroup will provide an update to its customers free of cost when the original Windows 8 will be released, by the end of this year.
To say the least, it is unusual to ship a computer running a pre-released version of Windows operating system. What do you think is Microsoft’s policy intention in this case?
Evigroup is relatively a small company based in Europe; and with this contract, they might be able to fly high under Microsoft’s radar.
