I am worried in collecting the upgrade details later and was wondering whether that would be provided upon system purchase itself. Could you please tell me the list of qualifying operating systems for this upgrade offer? Would it be possible to use the Windows 8 upgrade in another system or is it compatible with only the new system purchased?

This offer is valid for a purchase of Acer laptop or PC in the promotional period starting form 2nd June 2012 to 31st January 2013;and have to be claimed before 28th Feb 2013.This is not a business oriented offer and the terms clearly say the promotional offer is valid to a maximum of five upgrades per customer. Also, there is provision enabling only one upgrade for a Laptop or PC purchased.

I am looking forward to buy an Acer laptop and heard about the free Microsoft Windows 8 upgrade they are offering this New Year. Could you please tell me the details for the same and is this offer valid for all the previously installed operating systems? I wanted to know if this is open to business personnel as well. You are not getting a cloud icon means the marketplace does not have this album. It is happening because of the unavailability of the particular album in the store and they have only the information about it stored which is made visible to you. I don’t think this is an operating system issue.

I am really thankful to you for replying and I could fix this issue by installing the prescribed version of Windows 8. I am having trouble with the sync of music app now ;this is not loading a cloud match in my system. Could you please help me fix this album synchronization issue as soon as possible?
